Meet Lori Bembry Weldon…

Lori spent her youth on a working farm along the banks of the historic Aucilla River in North Florida. From a young age her Dad, Leonard Bembry, instilled a sense of gratitude for all the River gave to their family and farm. He taught her and her siblings to fish and use water responsibly to irrigate their crops. The importance of water conservation and lessons of land stewardship have remained deeply instilled in her to this day.

The progression from fresh water appreciation in youth to salt water infatuation as an adult came naturally. As a result of this early life exposure, she is a proponent of both land and water conservation and pursues it with passion in her work today. Her interests in hunting, fishing and responsible resource management have evolved into a thriving career connecting people to luxury land and waterfront properties. It is a calling she feels compelled to answer.

Through life's ups and downs, Lori began to correlate time spent on the water with feelings of renewal. There is nothing more cleansing than watching the tides change to ground you through the ebbs and flows in your own life. They remind you of your connection to everything around you and the cycles we all experience. She has made it her mission to share her passion for waterfront living with anyone seeking deeper connection to themselves and their environment.

Lori has an extensive background in real estate, marketing, and business. As an entrepreneur, she is no stranger to the grind of day-to-day life and how easy it is to get wrapped up in what’s next. For Lori, nothing has served as a more constant and gentle reminder to stay present, than places where water meets the land. In an effort to share these places of peace and reminders of mindfulness with others, Lori has created a marketing platform to bridge the gap between coastal lovers and coastal opportunities. It is her life's work to share nature’s gifts with those who seek to connect to it.

From chic Key West to Coastal Georgia, from South Carolina’s Low-country, to islands of the Caribbean - nothing resonates deeper in her life than memories collected on the water. With a thriving career, centered on luxury land sales and stewardship, the progression to luxury waterfront marketing is a natural one. She is licensed in five states in the SouthEast and a plethora of knowledge about the region.

The connection through disconnection Lori and her family experienced during their stay at Kevalli, sparked her vision to share these kinds of experiences in a more structured way. Kevalli House is the first of many coastal properties Lori will market here as a complement to her
thriving real estate repertoire and her mission to connect land, water and people. Please enjoy this premier property and the blessings it has to share!
