Its Eastern border boasts 4.2 miles of white sand, private beach while a protected marina cove called Hurricane Hole makes up its Western edge. At its highest elevation of 65 feet, you will find 2 separate pavilions providing circumferential views of the island and beyond. This island is boat-access-only, ensuring an untainted auditory experience once on island.

There are 4 other landowners on Stocking Island, Kevalli House being the majority share. Kevalli House is unique in that this property has a clean title with no encumbrances and will be easily conveyed.  Many properties in this area have been passed down from generation to generation and it is nearly impossible to transfer the titles thus ensuring future privacy from development.

What Makes the Kevalli House So Special?

The Main House overlooks Hurricane Hole marina on the western side of the island. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house complete with wrap-around deck, stretching out over the water. It boasts a full-sized kitchen and large shared living space, perfect for four to six people and most proximal to the boat landing.

Between the Cottages and the Main House, lies the guest quarters. This space can accommodate eight to twelve people and includes a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms as well as a screened porch overlooking the marina on the western side. This is the most conducive to group gatherings and shared entertainment.

With 3 separate living quarter structures, Kevalli House is laid out as the perfect venue to host family reunions, executive retreats, yoga getaways, weddings, or vacation with family and friends. Close enough for connection, but providing elements of privacy for each.

There are two walkways around the cottage facility. One takes you to the pavilion and dock, while the other leads you through a groomed trail, surrounded by native vegetation to access miles of private, sugar sand beach below.

The Cottages

The Kevalli House guest cottages are situated on the harbor side of the island and just a short walk down a beautiful natural trail to the beach. The cottages are adjoined by a screened in common area and a patio for outdoor dining.

The identical cottage wings, one on the east and west, and a shared recreational room form a cluster of three buildings.

A second-story covered deck above the sitting area overlooks the tree canopy and provides a tranquil place to catch island breezes and enjoy a beautiful vista of the harbor. This layout is ideal for two couples, as it allows for privacy and offers ample space for everyone. Both wings offer several comfortable areas for sunning and reading.

The indoor space of each wing is designed for a comfortable extended stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, dining area, and sitting area. A separate bedroom area behind French doors has a queen bed and sliding glass door leading out to a private deck. A walkway on the front side of the cottage facility leads to one of the two pavilions and to the dock on the harbor side. A second path leads through natural foliage consisting of a wide variety of native plant species to another pavilion overlooking the ocean side beach.
